No thank you, nintendo has already butchered Wolfenstein 3D on the SNES, and ID Software HATES them for that.
Do you want Nintendo to butcher the latest ID Software games? They’ll go from Mature, well made games, into little kids games with HORRIBLE controls!
its higher than that, maybe 95, still yuck
he’s badass !!!!
Omg! 80-90 fov. . . JUCK!
greetings from Russia) Carmack is a genius
John Carmack is a weird funny genius little man child
“Rakaka” sucks, that channel sucks hard, but this review is ftw.
john carmack is a hardcore programmer.
Yeah, Im thinking about going to college for computer science or something along those lines. Can do anything with that. Work at Nasa or maybe if Im lucky enough I can work at Id, lol.
Trying to aim for position in Nintendo
I’ve been doing it couple of years, did it at University & got into the industry ,its very heavy on mathematics when your learning , but thats really if your doing the physics on the game which you most the time use an engine to cover it but you have to know the logic on how it works. I’d say its not really something you can master because its always developing.
Overall it was very stressfull learning in 1st year but gradually got easier
game programming easy?
john carmack probably is really good at math
john carmack is a freaking genious
thank you for quake and quake live
i want to grow up and be just like him.
He dropped freakin doom. enough said
hes a programming god, one of the people that made me become a game programmer
Haha i have leaked the doom 3 Alpha. . . . .
Again . . . . with revived unused monsters and 28 new levels based on the final version!
that’s why I’m curious for rage. it takes the knowledge of previously done games, and expand on it with racing/adventure elements (without going too overthetop hopefully). Expect quality from id.
contrary to other programmers and develpers (esp of this generation) who have it presented on a golden platter. This guy was part of the 3D evolution. Lots of experience. He’s like an experienced jazz-player. they can do stuff others can’t. id games have their own style/look.
quake 3 had some nice designed fanmade levels, some really minimalistic and tron-like. im curious if quake live uses some of these.
I wish I had Carmack’s programming skills. The guy is so insane!
carmack is the most influential person in gaming age ever.
he created the most competitive game (Quake3), i still remember when i watched the finals live and stuff.
John Carmack is the new word gaming 4ever!
mine too. . .
